Rob O’Hara

Rob has over 24 years in the commercial and residential property market. With the past 7 years focusing on sourcing and delivering development solutions to maximize market returns. Rob is primarily responsible for sourcing and appraising off-market investment opportunities to co-develop with joint venture partners. Previously, as Head of Group Funds at Invista REIM, Rob was responsible for eight Clerical Medical and HBOS Property Funds with a combined AUM of circa £4.5bn and a Board Member and Member of Investment Committee. As Partner UK Commercial Valuations at Knight Frank Partner he had specific responsibility for London and the South East. Key client mandates included MEPC plc, Land Securities plc, Raglan and Hermes PUT.
Robin Barton

Robin is responsible for the delivery of the development pipeline schemes which are co-developed with joint venture partners. Previously as Capital and Counties Development Director Robin was responsible for the initiation of the Earls Court project and worked with key stakeholders to procure the site and master planning to create 7,500 new homes and over 10,000 jobs. As Equity Partner at King Sturge he took charge of the Development Division working with large plc’s and Property Pension Funds delivering a number of major schemes throughout the UK.
